We are committed to the highest quality standards.
From infants to the elderly, a towel directly touches your skin numerous times each day.
We promise safety, high quality, and peace of mind with our integrated systems, from the careful selection of materials to weaving and delivery.
Therefore, our factory is equipped with world-class production facilities, and more than 20 inspections are conducted before a product is completed.
In our on-site laboratory, we inspect and analyze raw materials as well as conduct research as we strive to develop new products and technologies.
Through the introduction of automated systems, we ensure comprehensive production cotrols and strict adherence to delivery deadlines while safeguarding the working environments of our employees.
Quality and Inspections
We deliver quality that exceeds our customer’s expectations.
A soft texture that begs to be used over and over. Quality that can be depended on. A level of comfort that lasts and lasts.
To create a towel that embodies these qualities, we start by selecting the right materials.
In addition to collecting samples from cotton production areas around the world, such as India and Turkey, our skilled artisans conduct about 10 different tests in our laboratory, looking at fiber length, strength, flexibility, and more. For example, when it comes to fiber length, we only purchase fibers that have passed all of our strict inspections, such as a length of 2.7 cm or more that absorbs water well and has minimal fluff shedding when made into towels. And we double-check these materials after their purchase. Only those that pass will be used in our products.
In addition to introducing the latest automated systems from Japan, Switzerland and Italy for each process, we also inspect materials as they move between each step. Even after a product is completed, we check for unraveling, dirt and perform a second Ph inspection. Needle detections are conducted a total of three times.
From luxury brand towels to towels for everyday use, we meet all customer needs and deliver products that exceed expectations.

From inspection of materials to shipment, the production of towels requires numerous processes. In order for us to continue making great products, we make no compromises. However, to safeguard the work environment of our employees, overtime is out of the question.
Therefore, for processes that can be automated, no capital investment is spared and we introduce the latest equipment and systems. We have also succeeded in reducing human error to the extreme.
For processes in which human hands are essential, we have created environments in which work can be done comfortably and without waste by optimizing work-flow and the allocation of personnel.
We work to safeguard the work environment while achieving high quality products and faster deliveries. This is the ultimate delivery time management. Our implementation of the latest equipment, business operations, and environmental measures have earned strong praise, and large numbers of visitors from all over the world tour our site.
