Nantong Dadong Co., Ltd., located in Nantong and surrounded by beautiful views of the Yangtze River and the Yellow Sea, was established in 1987 as a production factory for A-Z Corporation, a Japanese company.
By combining the technical guidance of a Japanese towel manufacturer with a state-of-the-art production facility in China, we produce luxury brand products, such as A-Z’s original Sodateru Towel® brand.
At our Quality Control Center ,we perform inspections of raw materials and conduct research and development experiments.
Nantong Dadong Co., Ltd., operates a Quality Control Center on an expansive 75,000 m2 site. Every year, we conduct 10 tests on the physical characteristics on the cotton we order from growers, such as the length and strength of the fibers, after which we decide on the cotton we will use that year. And through repeated experiments with yarn twisting and fabric weaving, we continue to research and develop products that are softer, stronger, and more absorbent.
A-Z’s original Sodateru Towel® brand was also developed and successfully commercialized at this Quality Control Center. We have gained manufacturing expertise and experience, such as sewing techniques from veteran employees, to consistently produce high-qality products that can only be made here.
We’ve acquered International standard certifications
As one of the world’s leading production facilities, Nantong Dadong Co., Ltd. produces about 20 million towels a year. We have acquired international standard certifications in product quality,environmental measures and employee safety.
