Sustainability

We are advancing our SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) to help conserve the environment.

To help realize a sustainable society, we start by safeguarding the work environment of our employees.
In addition to protecting the rights of every employee, our education programs and generous benefits enable employees to advance professionally and enrich their lives.
In order to remain a company that is needed in the region for a long time, we do not neglect consideration for the surrounding environment.
We have installed steam recirculation facilities and contaminated water treatment systems. In the near future, we will install solar power technology and reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. We are committed to a prosperous and sustainable future.

Human Rights

Improving employee satisfaction and surpassing international certification standards.

Factory work environments are regarded as problematic, with the employment of minors, abuse of authority, harassment, long working hours, and so on.
We safeguard the work environment of our employees through job specific education and bi-annual CSR audits. We are certified by WCA, SMETA, and other international programs that assess compliance with workplace conditions, social compliance, and health and safety.

Environment

We will help conserve the natural environment by installing heat exchange systems, purification facilities, and solar power systems.

The towel manufacturing process uses significant amounts of heat energy, including the boiling of large amounts of water. We have established a system to effectively utilize heat energy by reusing hot water once boiled via steam recirculation facilities. In addition, water discharged through washing that is contaminated with glue and dye is first cleaned by purification equipment in the factory before being discharged. Through these steps, we strive to preserve the surrounding natural environment.
Currently, coal is used as fuel, but a solar power system will be introduced in 2025. About 20% of our electricity will then be derived from clean energy.
